All upgrades are free to registered users of Cronc Search Expert for life. You can always get the newest version of this tool. Technical support is free to all our customers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.


What browsers is your system compatible with?
Internet Explorer 4.0+, Netscape Navigator 3.0+, Opera 4.0+, FireFox, Safari, Mac IE, but virtually with any JavaScript-enabled browser.


What makes your search system different from the other similar systems in the market?
1. The found documents are sorted according to the relevance of request and you can easily control all the parameters by which the relevance is defined.

How can I customize the Search Engine to match my site design?
You can edit the search.css and help.html files in the Engine directory. To insert logo, menu and other elements, use the Edit Options File/Inclusions menu.


Can I add meta tags, java scripts and other elements to the results pages generated by your search system?
Yes! Use Edit Options File/Inclusions menu.


Can I index asp, php pages?
Yes.


What happens after I send in the order?
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after submitting your data via the online order form. This email contains your registration name, code and link to the full version.


I have entered the registration code, but I can still index only 6 pages - Why?
Perhaps you have entered a wrong Regname and/or Regkey. Both are case sensitive. Please select exactly and copy text from email (Ctrl-c) and paste it in the edit field (Ctrl-v).
